• Now, all JPen's Threads have names.
• Now, PenState can consume PenEvents. Useful for storing/restoring PenStates.
• TypedValuedClass value is no longer final. Now, PenEvents are fully mutable.
• The wintab provider can query the status (for testing purposes).
